كانت قرية صغيرة بها عدد بسيط يعيش أهلها على الزراعة معظم فترات العام أما فى شهر رمضان فيذهبوا الى القاهرة للعمل فى الكنافة والقطايف ويعودا فى عيد الفطر ليرجوا الى الزراعة وخاصة زراعة قصب السكر الخاص بعصير القصب
وكان بها شيوخ لتعليم القران الكريم وبها حفظة القران بكثرة وبها معلمون يعلمون أحكام القران مثل الشيخ / على أحمد الزى تعلم على يده الشيخ عبد العاطى ناصف المقرءالمشهور وكان بها الشيخ أحمد الشرقاوى والشيخ محمد والشيخ على والشيخ عبد الحميد السيد حسن نجم الشهير بتركاتو وبها الشيخ مهدى موسى والكثير من حفظة كتاب الله الذى علموا الكثير من الاحراز وغير الاحراز وكان الكتاب هو أساس التعليم قبل المدرسة
وتمر الايام.............
الاحراز فى الحاضر
ويتغير الحال وتنقبل الاحراز من بلد زراعى الى بلد يشتهر بعمل البتزا والفطائر والحلويات وينتشر أهلها فى معظم انحاء مصر والعالم العربى ليعودا بالمال الكثير لتصبح من أغنى القرى الموجودة فى القليوبية وأصبح التعليم فى الدرجة الثانية وظهرت وظائف اخرى للتدر بالمال على قرية الاحراز وهى شركات البترول والسفر الى دول الخليج العربى لتصبح قرية الاحراز مركز شبين القناطر من القرى المشهورة فى محافظة القليوبية
والان انتشر التعليم فيها مرة اخرى خاصة التعليم العام والفنى والدينى
